T.N. Rao College recently organized an inspiring seminar titled “Stronger Together: A Soft Skill Celebration” on 12.02.2026. The seminar was taken by Dr. Mital Vora, who shared valuable insights on the importance of soft skills in personal and professional growth. The session focused on communication skills, teamwork, confidence building, leadership qualities, and positive mindset. Students actively participated in the session, engaging in meaningful discussions and interactive activities. The seminar provided a wonderful platform for students to understand how strong soft skills contribute to career success and overall personality development. Dr. Mital Vora’s guidance, practical examples, and motivating words truly inspired the students to work on their self-improvement and interpersonal skills.
