Email Writing and Gmail was conducted by Ms. Jayshree Donga as a part of the BCA Induction Programme 2026 with the objective of enhancing students' communication and digital literacy skills. The session introduced first-year BCA students to the fundamentals of professional email communication, including email etiquette, composing formal emails, managing Gmail features, and using digital communication effectively for academic and professional purposes. Students gained hands-on exposure to creating and managing email accounts, organizing inboxes, and understanding best practices for online communication. The session strengthened students' written communication, digital competency, and professional communication skills while creating awareness of the importance of email as an essential tool in higher education and the IT industry. The activity contributed to students' academic preparedness and career readiness, aligning with the principles of experiential and outcome-based learning.
