Desh Ka Prakruti Parikshan

Prakriti Parikshan Seminar at T.N. Rao College On 21st December 2024, T.N. Rao College hosted a seminar on "Desh Ka Prakruti Parikshan" as part of a nationwide campaign launched by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. The campaign, implemented by the Ministry of AYUSH and National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, aims to assess the Prakriti (body constitution) of every Indian citizen. During the seminar, students learned how understanding their Prakriti can help in personalized lifestyle and dietary recommendations for better health and disease prevention. Free Prakriti assessments and e-certificates were provided, guiding individuals to live healthier lives.
