Google Drive and Google Docs was conducted by Mr. Chintan Joshi as a part of the BCA Induction Programme 2026 to equip first-year BCA students with essential digital productivity skills required for their academic journey. The session introduced students to cloud-based tools for creating, organizing, storing, and sharing documents using Google Drive and Google Docs. Students learned how to collaborate on documents in real time, manage digital files efficiently, and utilize cloud storage for seamless access to academic resources. Practical demonstrations enabled students to understand the effective use of these applications for assignments, project work, and collaborative learning. The session enhanced students' digital competence, encouraged the adoption of paperless workflows, and prepared them to effectively use technology for academic and professional communication.
