My Blueprint – Discovering Myself & Designing My Future was conducted by Dr. Mital Vora as a part of the BCA Induction Programme 2026 for first-year BCA students. The session aimed to facilitate students' transition into college life by encouraging self-awareness, personal development, and future planning. Through structured self-assessment activities, reflective exercises, group interactions, creative learning tasks, and goal-setting activities, students identified their strengths, interests, values, and career aspirations. The session provided a platform for students to express their ideas, interact with peers, and develop confidence in articulating their personal and professional goals. By exploring their potential and setting meaningful goals, students took the first step toward designing their future. The activity promoted self-reflection, communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and motivation while fostering a growth mindset and career readiness. The session contributed to the holistic development of students by enhancing their emotional readiness, interpersonal skills, and future orientation, aligning with the principles of experiential and outcome-based learning.
