Qtonz Technologies Visit

Industry Visit to Qtonz Technologies was organized by the Department of BCA, T. N. Rao College, Rajkot to provide students with first-hand exposure to the functioning and work environment of an IT organization. The visit enabled students to observe the professional workplace, understand organizational work culture, and gain insights into the importance of teamwork and collaboration in the corporate environment. Students also explored various aspects of employee engagement and workplace culture through an overview of the organization's sports activities, celebrations, events, and workspaces. The visit offered students an opportunity to move beyond theoretical understanding and observe how professional values, interpersonal interaction, teamwork, and a positive work environment contribute to an effective organization. Such industry exposure helped students develop a clearer understanding of corporate expectations and encouraged them to relate their academic journey with future professional opportunities in the IT sector. The visit served as an important platform for industry–academia exposure and enhanced students' awareness of the professional world.
