Rotaract Club – Haemoglobin test

A Hemoglobin Testing and Cancer Awareness Programme was organized to promote preventive healthcare and health awareness among students. More than 100 students underwent hemoglobin testing conducted by the team from B. T. Savani Hospital, providing them with an opportunity to understand the importance of regular health screening. The programme also included an awareness component covering cancer, associated risk factors, early detection, preventive measures, healthy lifestyle practices, proper nutrition, and the importance of regular health check-ups. The initiative was conducted as part of health-awareness activities associated with the Kundariya Cancer Prevention Foundation – Division of Rajkot Cancer Society, Kundariya Anemia Prevention Program, and Saurashtra Kidney Care Foundation. The programme encouraged students to become more aware of preventive healthcare, recognize the importance of timely screening, and make informed choices regarding nutrition and healthy living.
